The Hospice Team...

Hospice of Helping Hands takes pride in their employees. They are educated, well-trained experts in their field who are continuously learning in an effort to improve the quality-of-life of their patients.  Once under hospice care, each member of the team works together to ensure that the patient and their family get the help they need through their end-of-life journey. 

Our dedicated interdisciplinary
team includes:

- The patient's physician
and/or hospice medical director

- Registered nurses

- Social workers

- Spiritual advisors

- Bereavement counselors

- Home health aides

- Volunteers

- Dietitians

A patient's care plan may also include: speech, occupational or physical therapies; music, art or massage therapies.
