Clinical Manager
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the coordination of the clinical services of the interdisciplinary team.
Job requirements:
Thorough understanding of the path physiology of the terminal diagnosis and the resulting symptoms to be alleviated.
Registered nurse licensure in the state of Michigan, preferably bachelor's degree or advanced level; i.e. Nurse Practitioner.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor managers and staff.
Thorough knowledge of hospice and palliative care protocols.
At least 3 years of experience in hospice nursing care with preference to certification in hospice nursing
Detail orientated
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Full-time Admissions RN
Serves as member of an interdisciplinary team and provide skilled nursing care to the terminally ill and their families in a home setting through systematic assessment of health needs. Assists with office coverage in the absence of the Patient Care Manager or Clinical Manager. On-call rotation.
Job requirements:
Registered nurse licensure in the state of Michigan
Minimum of one year experience as a professional nurse preferably in acute care, previous hospice nursing experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to assess and resopnd to the needs of terminally-ill patients and their families in a variety of settings.
Demonstrated competency in nursing skills, ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles and value systems.
